Thank you for your purchase. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship out your order out within 1-3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and tracking details inside.

*Note: We do get order overloaded on selected times like sales, stock arrival (reservation) and processing days can get up to 5-8 business days. We apologise for the possible delay and appreciate your understanding and kindly not blast negative comments.

Orders shipped within Cyberjaya, Malaysia can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. The majority of orders shipped to the Cyberjaya, Malaysia can be expected within 1 – 4 business days

Self-collection / Pick-up
Self-collection / Pick-up is available. You can save the costs of delivery by picking up your order at our retain store and there will be no shipping fee charges. You can collect your order at the following address:

Cancelling or Modifying an Order
We strive to meet customer demands for prompt service and delivery. You have up to 24 hours to contact us about modifying or cancelling an order. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cancel or modify an order once it has entered the fulfilment process. We cannot stop delivery once an order has been processed for shipping.

Order Status/Tracking an Order
A shipped confirmation will be updated into our system with the tracking number. You can check on the status of your order by visiting those courier services’ company with your tracking number in the system or email to [email protected]
